Location was clean and as described. We did call for a coffee pot not working and we had a prompt delivery and set up of a brand new one, which made my dad very happy. It was very quiet, until upstairs neighbors showed up. They did not disturb us, but you could hear every step they took. Just an FYI if that bothers you.
