The unit was spectacularly. We have been coming to Surf and Racquet for close to 10 years now, generally twice a year. This was without a doubt the nicest unit we had rented. We absolutely loved the 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It gave a more comfortable feel to it. We are already trying to plan a date next summer hopefully able to get the same unit.

We are snowbirds and very much enjoy our stay at Gulf Shores Surf and Racquet Club. Our condo is very nice and comfortable. The view is amazing. The rental company was great to work with. They were attentive to any issues we had and always polite and kind.

Overall great location and place. A few of the furniture items need repair. Floor needs a good cleaning. If you walk around bare foot for a while they will be black.

GREAT EXPERIENCE

We were able to book this rental at the last minute. I was a little skeptical, but it exceeded my expectations. The view was amazing, and the condo had everything we needed--including a washer/dryer. The pool and hot tub were a hit with our teens. The property was clean except for the tub in the main bathroom. I am hoping it was just an oversight. I found cleaner under the sink in the kitchen and cleaned it, since we arrived late to the property and were ready to take showers. The property was well-maintained and I would be happy to stay here again. There was an incident where someone knocked on our window and door at 1:00 am. I wasn't sure who to call about that. I would recommend leaving a phone number for after hour problems or issues. We drove to the public beach most days, because it was larger and maintained. We used the property beach access in the evenings to look for sharks and dolphins. Gulf Shores Rentals, Inc. was pleasant to do business with and I could take care of everything online, which was very convenient and appreciated!
