This condo was a great spot for our girls getaway. We had one rainy day and the open windows were great to watch the rain and relax. Loved being on the 19th floor. Great views! Condo was clean and exactly as pictured.

We had never heard of the area of Gulf Shores until the week before we booked. We got lucky and an available unit popped up out of the blue. To say we were thrilled with our stay at Island Tower would be an understatement.

The unit had a giant balcony that had a million dollar view from the balcony. That in and of itself was worth the reasonable weekly cost. Being directly on the beach not only made going back and forth to the beach. Breeze with the kids, between the beach and having a pool you felt like you never had to leave the property. Good furnishings and well cared for by the property manager. Only negatives of the whole trip was the two elevators not always working the heat and the very narrow parking structure. Living in the south means nearly 90% of vehicles are trucks and the parking garage added an element of skill needed to fit on any level but the ground floor.

My young children and my wife and I felt this was one of our most relaxing vacations ever and can’t wait to return in the future.

We enjoyed staying in this condo. It was spacious and fit the 8 of us perfectly. I loved how there was a balcony from every bedroom. Beautiful view of the water. It was clean and kept up. It was nice to be right on the beach. There are 2 pools you can use, one outdoor and one indoor, both are nice. The beds were nice and comfortable.

There is a washer and dryer available for use, but the dryer takes FOREVER. We wanted to wash our towels we had been using and it took several hours tor them to dry.
There were a few things we didn’t care for, but it didn’t ruin our trip, by any means.
The TV was not working in one of the rooms. There is no door separating the bathroom from the master bedroom. Which was such a strange thing. So showering and using the restroom was not very private. The handles of several of the doors were sticky, as if they just hadn’t been wiped down when it was cleaned. The water went out in the unit(and the entire building) one afternoon, but it was fixed fairly promptly.
We did have issues with parking on site. The first day we were there we ended up having to park in public parking due to there not being any parking available on the ground level.
My husband and myself have large vehicles and could not go up the ramp for the parking garage. It is stated in SEVERAL areas for smaller vehicles to park on the higher levels. There were compact cars parked on the ground level!! It was very inconsiderate of these people to not park on the higher levels. There’s a security guard that can ask them to move, but can’t make them. Therefore forcing people with larger vehicles to park offsite. Which is ridiculous. There were PLENTY of parking spots available on the upper levels. Something needs to change when it comes to that.
Overall we had a great stay, we loved eating our breakfast and drinking our coffee on the balcony each day. Plenty of room for all 8 of us. We never felt like we were o

The property was in a great location and our family enjoyed being in this unit. It provided a beautiful view and there was very good dishes, pots and pans, etc. The living room rug looked dirty and could be replaced. The toilet tank in the front bedroom was full of mold and needs to be cleaned. Overall, we were very happy.

The unit was beautiful and perfect for our little vacation. You can’t beat the views from that high up!

Easy to check in and out. Slow elevator but one was down so just had to be patient. Wonderful view location.
