Host Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued by host in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Hosts Office. Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.

If you choose to cancel or not use your reservation, the Gulf Shores & Orange Beach Tourism Service Fee is always non-refundable.

Beautiful Alta Vista
Wonderful cabin! Large, clean and comfortable.
Relaxing Stay
Overall, our family enjoyed our stay at Alta Vista. The kids loved the bunk room, game room, the fire pit, and the indoor pool. The open concept living and dining space was comfortable, clean, and relaxing. The access to the driveway was a little difficult to maneuver at first, but we got used to it. There are only a few minor complaints. The hot tub water was a little dirty, the running water smelled like sulphur, and the upstairs closet was not accessible due to the placement of the tv. We were happy that we brought plenty of bottled water. The best part of this site is the breathtaking view of the landscape from the upstairs windows. We highly recommend this property.
Birthday Stay
We liked everything about the cabin. It was a beautiful location spring was in full bloom. It was the best birthday ever.
Great Place To Relax
We loved this place, we had fun in the pool with the kids and relaxed in the hot tub at night. Was really clean, beds were comfy, we do wish there was a pool table like most of the cabins also wish their dresser drawers to put our cloths in instead of having to live out of our suitcase.
