No refunds will be given if you fail to pay or contact us within the 30 days of your arrival. If proper notice is given (before the 30-day mark of your arrival & before the final payment is due), a full refund minus the Processing Fee of $85 and the 4% credit card fee for all transactions to date shall be returned.

A Pleasent Surprise !

We were very Pleasently surprised, Pictures didn't do it justice. very cozy, and suited our needs perfectly. only complaint is the late check in time. The added Boat slip was the selling point. we will be staying here again. and even looking into purchasing a unit..

Vacation Paradise

This place was amazing. It was very clean, spacious, well stocked with the essentials for a kitchen and bathroom. The area where this is was good but did get quite congested in the evening time. The pool area was awesome and very relaxing. Only downside was that the dryer didn’t dry our clothes and that was even running the dryer 3 times trying to get the clothes dried.
