Shellchase is a great house with a lovely view of the water. The first floor deck is perfect for all day outdoor activities. The inside is clean and comfortable. Sunset Properties has always been professional and prompt.

Sweet Home Away From Home
This is the best place we love fort morgan and shellchase was everything we hoped it would be and more cant wait till next year p.s we left a few toys for the next kids to enjoy.
Perfect Getaway
Shell Chase was a beautiful place to stay and easily accommodated 9 of us plus a small dog.....very close to the beach.....the place is in a gated community toward the end of the island so it is approximately 25 minutes to civilization....the kids especially loves the pool and the ice cream truck that visited daily.......we found the house to be clean and stocked with what we needed......we would definitely recommend it to anyone looking to getaway and relax with family and friends!
