Fantastic Vacation Stay
The condo was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. We had rented another condo for years but it was unavailable for this trip. We will be staying at Moorings 302 from now on.
Awesome Condo
When booking this was one of only a couple of condos available that has 3 bedrooms. The pictures do not do it justice. This is a beautiful condo on the water next to Sportsman Marina on the bay side. Three bedrooms all with king sized beds. 3 full bathrooms. Large kitchen and living room. Full size washer and dryer. Very safe and clean building. Great location for getting to the restaurants and public beach access areas. Only suggestion is to provide more towels and washcloths. We took extras and washed. We also took our own hair dryers.
Exceeded Our Expectations
We rent in Orange Beach every year and have been for the last 12 years. This condo was the best one we’ve stayed in. It was so spacious, and the views were spectacular. We love the bay side and watching all the boats come in was so peaceful.
