Host Cancellation Policy
Cancellation policy - ANY cancellation on or before the thirtieth (30) day prior to the agreed-upon check-in date shall result in forfeiture of the Reservation Fee. Our refund policy is based on our cancellation policy. If a guest cancels on or before 30 days prior to their arrival, they forfeit the reservation fee plus tax. The reservation fee is 7% of the rent. If they cancel after 30 days prior to arrival, it is a full forfeiture of all monies paid.

If you choose to cancel or not use your reservation, the Gulf Shores & Orange Beach Tourism Service Fee is always non-refundable.

Condo was clean, comfortable and a great location. I love being on the first floor. Staff are always friendly and helpful.
Perfect Vacation!!
102C was the perfect condo and Sea Chase is the best!! From phone conversations with Michelle to the check in with the security guard to walking in the door this experience was 5 star!! Condo was just a pictured and the view was incredible. Plus no elevator needed as you walk straight in from the parking lot.
Great Vacation
We very much enjoyed the 1st floor Condo. Quick and easy access to and from the beach and pool. Especially nice with active children! It was very quiet and we had a wonderful visit!
