Cancellation policy - ANY cancellation on or before the thirtieth (30) day prior to the agreed-upon check-in date shall result in forfeiture of the Reservation Fee. Our refund policy is based on our cancellation policy. If a guest cancels on or before 30 days prior to their arrival, they forfeit the reservation fee plus tax. The reservation fee is 7% of the rent. If they cancel after 30 days prior to arrival, it is a full forfeiture of all monies paid.

Love Seachase!
I love SeaChase and stay here once or twice a year. I like being on the third floor and the updates to this condo are amazing. I would request they change the mattress in the master bedroom. The topper is very uncomfortable and it has a hump in center of bed. Otherwise a wonderful place to stay!! ♥️
Coming Home
We were the original owners of 303C, and it was wonderful to revisit our updated condo. The updates are fabulous and the new owners have thought of every convenience for a comfortable visit. The property management team is as professional and personal as we remember. The location is ideal. We felt like we had come home.
Great Place To Stay!!
We had a very nice condo! Plenty of space and beautifully decorated! It was very clean and comfortable! Wonderful kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living area! Lots of storage and space! Loved it and will definitely go back! Everyone was super helpful!
Wonderful Beach Accomodations
Room was very comfortable and had everything we needed to make our stay feel just like home. Very clean, well kept and master bedroom mattress was SOOO comfortable.
Our Happy Place For Fall Break
We love staying a SeaChase. We actually visited another rental location this year in order to compare and found it to be more expensive and less satisfying overall. We will continue to enjoy the clean condos, beautiful poolside, and convenient beach access of SeaChase.
