Host Cancellation Policy
Cancellation policy - ANY cancellation on or before the thirtieth (30) day prior to the agreed-upon check-in date shall result in forfeiture of the Reservation Fee. Our refund policy is based on our cancellation policy. If a guest cancels on or before 30 days prior to their arrival, they forfeit the reservation fee plus tax. The reservation fee is 7% of the rent. If they cancel after 30 days prior to arrival, it is a full forfeiture of all monies paid.

If you choose to cancel or not use your reservation, the Gulf Shores & Orange Beach Tourism Service Fee is always non-refundable.

Perfect Pace
This is our 2nd time to stay st Sea Chase and the 1st time to stay in this unit. We loved the decorations and the feel of the unit. Our kids loved the bunk beds as well.

We always stay at Seachase and love it. Never disappointed with the property. The general areas are very well maintained. We love it whether my husband and I are by ourselves or or family is along with grandchildren...we always love it.
