Host Cancellation Policy

Cancellation policy - ANY cancellation on or before the thirtieth (30) day prior to the agreed-upon check-in date shall result in forfeiture of the Reservation Fee. Our refund policy is based on our cancellation policy. If a guest cancels on or before 30 days prior to their arrival, they forfeit the reservation fee plus tax. The reservation fee is 7% of the rent. If they cancel after 30 days prior to arrival, it is a full forfeiture of all monies paid.

If you choose to cancel or not use your reservation, the Gulf Shores & Orange Beach Tourism Service Fee is always non-refundable.

Always A Pleasure!

This particular condo is my preferred 2 bedroom place to stay in Orange Beach. This is my 4th stay here, and everything is always perfection. It is impeccably appointed, and the placement in SeaChase is also perfect, right above the walkway to the beach. The beds and furniture are very comfortable. We did experience a bit of late night loud noise from neighbors one night, but the rest of our trip was quiet. I have another trip coming up next month and will be staying at this same condo! I highly recommend it!

Another Great Experience At Seachase

This was our fifth year to book our summer beach trip at SeaChase and our second time to stay in unit 603E. It is a very nice condo and is very comfortable. We also enjoy having the queen bed and a single bed in the second bedroom. It works so well for our family.

Perfect Stay!

WE were so pleased with everything about our condo 603E and our stay at SeaChase! Thecondo had tastefully "beachy" decor. We had everything we might possibly in the kitchen for our stay, (and more)! The condo was spotlessly clean too!

Our Favorite Beach Spot

This was our second time to visit SeaChase with our family, but probably about my 12th in my lifetime. For many years of my childhood, my parents took us to the beach each year and SeaChase was a fond memory. My wife and I have tried other places - some newer and more popular, but SeaChase is always consistently GREAT and an excellent value. Now, my family is making their own memories at SeaChase too. Highly recommend!

Fall Break 2018

Upon arrival the staff was awesome (as always). Arrived a little early before check in time but was allowed to unload our luggage and get situated for our stay. Condo was very clean and nicely furnished. We will definitely be back to Seachase!!
