Host Cancellation Policy

Cancellation policy - ANY cancellation on or before the thirtieth (30) day prior to the agreed-upon check-in date shall result in forfeiture of the Reservation Fee. Our refund policy is based on our cancellation policy. If a guest cancels on or before 30 days prior to their arrival, they forfeit the reservation fee plus tax. The reservation fee is 7% of the rent. If they cancel after 30 days prior to arrival, it is a full forfeiture of all monies paid.

If you choose to cancel or not use your reservation, the Gulf Shores & Orange Beach Tourism Service Fee is always non-refundable.

First Time At Martinique And Had A Great Time.

Martinique was a great place to stay that wasn’t super crowded. I loved that the beach wasn’t crazy busy and that the pool wasn’t either. I would like to see a few umbrellas or some shade at the pool though. 202W was very clean and had everything we needed for a great stay. We will definitely be back.

Great Stay At Martinique

We had a wonderful time at Martinique on the Gulf! The clean, spacious condo with easy beach access was perfect. What I loved the most about our stay was how quiet the resort is. It is beautiful and so peaceful! ❤️

Family Friendly And Quiet

Beautiful property beside Bon Secors nature’s preserve. Very safe and accommodating to families with children. It is out of town about 15 minutes which made it hard arriving at night and not having groceries for the next day. There was not much at the nearby shops. Plan ahead and pick up groceries on way into resort. Pool/ hotub area was very clean. The stairs to the condos were being painted in stages when we were there and were a bit messy looking. Otherwise property was great. We loved our condo, it was very nicely decorated with every appliance , dish etc we needed. . Great view of the beach and preserve
