Host Cancellation Policy
Cancellation policy - ANY cancellation on or before the thirtieth (30) day prior to the agreed-upon check-in date shall result in forfeiture of the Reservation Fee. Our refund policy is based on our cancellation policy. If a guest cancels on or before 30 days prior to their arrival, they forfeit the reservation fee plus tax. The reservation fee is 7% of the rent. If they cancel after 30 days prior to arrival, it is a full forfeiture of all monies paid.

If you choose to cancel or not use your reservation, the Gulf Shores & Orange Beach Tourism Service Fee is always non-refundable.

402w Wonderful Experience!
The pictures do not do justice on this very nice condo! Our family really enjoyed our stay. From the moment we checked in the condo smelled clean was impeccably spotless. Plenty of towels and beds were comfortable and agin clean. Big bonus was the ice maker. The pools were very nice but because of the weather the spa was the place to be. We loved the view and proximity to the beach was amazing. We felt very safe inside the complex and noise was never an issue.
