Host Cancellation Policy
Cancellation policy - ANY cancellation on or before the thirtieth (30) day prior to the agreed-upon check-in date shall result in forfeiture of the Reservation Fee. Our refund policy is based on our cancellation policy. If a guest cancels on or before 30 days prior to their arrival, they forfeit the reservation fee plus tax. The reservation fee is 7% of the rent. If they cancel after 30 days prior to arrival, it is a full forfeiture of all monies paid.
Gulf Shores & Orange Beach Tourism Service Fee Cancellation Policy
If you choose to cancel or not use your reservation, the Gulf Shores & Orange Beach Tourism Service Fee is always non-refundable.

Another Great Stay At Seachase
We have stayed at Seachase several times over the years and it is our favorite. Great location, great staff and groundskeepers, beautiful pool area, ease of elevator use and uncrowded beach are a few of our reasons for returning year after year.
