Cancellation policy - ANY cancellation on or before the thirtieth (30) day prior to the agreed-upon check-in date shall result in forfeiture of the Reservation Fee. Our refund policy is based on our cancellation policy. If a guest cancels on or before 30 days prior to their arrival, they forfeit the reservation fee plus tax. The reservation fee is 7% of the rent. If they cancel after 30 days prior to arrival, it is a full forfeiture of all monies paid.

My experience of vacation here at Sea Chase has been awesome to say the least. The staff and activities at Sea Chase have all anyone could ask for. I will be back for another year. Thanks

Love this really needs though cleaning of floors and carpets.Love the decor its very seventies. Still see all the special touches of the mom who was the original decorator. Seems like the rest of the family just "uses" the place but could care less about caring for it.Would not recommend until it gets cleaned.......Spectacular view!!!!
