Host Cancellation Policy
Cancellation policy - ANY cancellation on or before the thirtieth (30) day prior to the agreed-upon check-in date shall result in forfeiture of the Reservation Fee. Our refund policy is based on our cancellation policy. If a guest cancels on or before 30 days prior to their arrival, they forfeit the reservation fee plus tax. The reservation fee is 7% of the rent. If they cancel after 30 days prior to arrival, it is a full forfeiture of all monies paid.

If you choose to cancel or not use your reservation, the Gulf Shores & Orange Beach Tourism Service Fee is always non-refundable.

Great Stay, As Always
Stayed for a long weekend. Our unit was clean and comfortable! Had all the items needed, and even the light switches were labeled! The staff was friendly and helpful. The only disappointment was the pools not being heated. They were so cold, it was not useable.

Was very good overall. Good location and amenities.

This was our second visit to this condo but unfortunately probably our last. Inside of the condo is nice looking however for the second year the balcony tiles we're uncared for and very loose in the grout. Also, the mattresses, especially in the master bedroom were extremely uncomfortable.

Great staff, everything was great but the weather

SeaChase is showing its age - door frame and door completely beat up, door weather stripping dragging every time door was opened or closed. Bedding was old, sheets felt thin. Towels, if you could find any, were paper thin. Washer/dryer too big for closet, so doors removed and W/D extends into hall. Ceramic tiles on balcony were loose and popping up all over giving fear that you were about to fall through balcony. Only reason we go back every year is location and great beach setting.
