We always make at least one trip to Orange Beach each year. As usual, we were very pleased with our st y. The only negative is that sometimes one of the elevators was not working causing a bit of a wait sometimes.

Cancellation policy - ANY cancellation on or before the thirtieth (30) day prior to the agreed-upon check-in date shall result in forfeiture of the Reservation Fee. Our refund policy is based on our cancellation policy. If a guest cancels on or before 30 days prior to their arrival, they forfeit the reservation fee plus tax. The reservation fee is 7% of the rent. If they cancel after 30 days prior to arrival, it is a full forfeiture of all monies paid.

Great Experience
Wonderful
Short Trip
Great location & comfortable condo. It had everything we needed, and the ice machine was a big plus.
Quick Summer Getaway
SeaChase 1202W was a well worth staying in all week. The condo has some minor wear and tear as most rental units would have but it still felt homey and was still in a clean and immaculate condition. We will definitely stay at this location, hopefully same condo, but definitely a Seachase again. Great views, amenities, and close proximity to all your vacation needs.

Couldn’t have asked for a better condo, accommodations, location, amenities and everything you can think of! We will be back!
