Host Cancellation Policy
Cancellation policy - ANY cancellation on or before the thirtieth (30) day prior to the agreed-upon check-in date shall result in forfeiture of the Reservation Fee. Our refund policy is based on our cancellation policy. If a guest cancels on or before 30 days prior to their arrival, they forfeit the reservation fee plus tax. The reservation fee is 7% of the rent. If they cancel after 30 days prior to arrival, it is a full forfeiture of all monies paid.
Gulf Shores & Orange Beach Tourism Service Fee Cancellation Policy
If you choose to cancel or not use your reservation, the Gulf Shores & Orange Beach Tourism Service Fee is always non-refundable.

Very enjoyable vacation. Loved the unit—clean, thoroughly furnished, convenient location, easy access. King size beds in two rooms, two full size beds in third bedroom —added plus!! Would definitely request this unit again!

Wonderful ,except for the punk kids pulling fire alarms.

Our condo was beautifully furnished with furniture, accessories and over the top kitchen items. Clean, plenty of kitchen items, and easy for six people to enjoy the place. My only complaint is that the king size beds should be replaced. Both had "holes" in the middle from use.
