Host Cancellation Policy
Cancellation policy - ANY cancellation on or before the thirtieth (30) day prior to the agreed-upon check-in date shall result in forfeiture of the Reservation Fee. Our refund policy is based on our cancellation policy. If a guest cancels on or before 30 days prior to their arrival, they forfeit the reservation fee plus tax. The reservation fee is 7% of the rent. If they cancel after 30 days prior to arrival, it is a full forfeiture of all monies paid.

If you choose to cancel or not use your reservation, the Gulf Shores & Orange Beach Tourism Service Fee is always non-refundable.

Perfect Beach Rental
I have stayed at 303 West before and look forward to visiting again next year. It is always clean and comfortable. It is beautifully furnished, has a great view of the ocean and of the nearby wildlife refuge dunes.
Relaxing Thanksgiving Vacation
The condo was excellent and a well stocked kitchen. Much appreciated especially for cooking Thanksgiving dinner. Looking forward to returning!

The condo we stayed in was absolutely beautiful! The views of the ocean were amazing. Everything was very comfortable. The actual location was pretty far off the main path so it was hard just to run and pick something up from the store.
