Cancellation policy - ANY cancellation on or before the thirtieth (30) day prior to the agreed-upon check-in date shall result in forfeiture of the Reservation Fee. Our refund policy is based on our cancellation policy. If a guest cancels on or before 30 days prior to their arrival, they forfeit the reservation fee plus tax. The reservation fee is 7% of the rent. If they cancel after 30 days prior to arrival, it is a full forfeiture of all monies paid.

Vacation Stay At Martinique

Excellent from beginning to end every amenity possible was offered. Outdoor beach, equipment, golf cart, etc. works exceptional and so nice to have available. Nina was absolutely wonderful at attending and checking on us. We would definitely stay there again. It’s perfect for a multigenerational family vacation.

A Thanksgiving All Star

We had family meet in Martinique and Chateau de la Mer was terrific for a family gathering. Everyone was in positive agreement and that isn’t always an easy feat. Will be returning for more sun and sand.

Nice Large Beach House With Plenty Of Room

Good house for a big family. Nice 6 person golf cart. Ordered from two restaurants for pickup, Nonna’s Pizza and Sassy Bass Island Grill. Both were really good. If you need seafood to cook go to Billy’s Seafood Market.

Great Family Vacation

We had 14 family members stay at this rental and had plenty of room for all. We love the amenities of this community and the close proximity to all Gulf Shores activities and restaurants. The beach is great and not crowded like you would find in more commercialized areas. I would definitely recommend a stay here for your family!
